The foundation of Tangkas Properties is built upon a proven track record of technical excellence and project delivery. Our journey began with the landmark development of 3rd Mile Square, located at the 3.5-mile marker of the revitalised Old Klang Road corridor, Kuala Lumpur.

The successful delivery of 3rd Mile Square was spearheaded by MISB (Mudahjuta Industries Sdn Bhd), who served as the Design and Build partner for the project owner, Tanjung Dikari Sdn Bhd. Tasked with the full scope of construction and architectural realisation, MISB was instrumental in transforming the site into a premium commercial hub.

The development comprises 23 units, featuring a sophisticated mix of two-storey gazebos alongside four-storey and five-storey shop-offices equipped with high-specification elevator systems.

It was the success and operational synergy demonstrated during the 3rd Mile Square project that led MISB to form a collaborative partnership with Tangkas Properties Sdn Bhd. This transition allowed us to evolve from a specialised design and construction entity into a holistic property brand, carrying forward the same engineering precision and reliability that defined our earliest success.
