Established in 2007, Tangkas Properties is a boutique property developer specializing in commercial and industrial buildings. The company was founded following the successful completion of the 3rd Mile Square project by Mudahjuta Industries Sdn Bhd.
In 2012, Tangkas Properties successfully completed and sold out its first light industrial development, Tangkas Arena Subang. The company has completed its second light industrial project, Taman Industri Tangkas, located in Juru, mainland Penang whereby the first phase had also sold out.
