The development was conceptualised in 2004 by our associated company Mudahjuta Industries Sdn Bhd, after market analysis determined that this particular area of Old Klang Road required a catalyst to pioneer a more modern business community for the future. True enough it did! 3rd Mile Square established the precedent, followed by condominiums and more commercial development since its completion.
Although its location was deemed highly prominent with an obvious upside, the area was reeling in security issues at the time. 3rd Mile Square based its concept on adopting a close-knit boutique business community that would strive together with strength. Thereafter, when the businesses moved in, they were able to exploit the advantages of location and accessibility.
One of the observations in commercial areas is the gradual but definite steady upside investment required as it matures. We provisioned for a timeless facade that would mature with age, retaining its attractiveness as a business location and enhancing its investment value.
