Tangkas Properties Sdn Bhd is a boutique property developer, concentrating time and effort in Commercial and Industrial Buildings. Established in 2007, it was incorporated soon after the successful completion of 3rd Mile Square by Mudahjuta Industries Sdn Bhd (www.misb.com.my)
The company had successfully completed and sold out its first light industrial development, Tangkas Arena Subang, in 2012. Currently, it is in the midst of completing its second light industrial development, Tangkas Infinity, in Juru, mainland Penang.
There are various aspects of boutique business development that differs significantly from large scale development. Our concepts demand that we fit effectively into the surrounding neighbourhood, supporting and lifting enterprises within the area. In view of this, we regard strategic locations a prime criteria, to ensure a catalytic asset appreciation reasonably soon after completion.
We also prioritize on maximising the potential use of space for commercial and industrial operations.
