3rd Mile Square is a shop-office development at 3.5 mile in the upgraded neighbourhood of Old Klang Road. The company was appointed by Tanjung Dikari Sdn Bhd to design and build the shop-office units. The development comprises 23 units of a two-storey gazebo, and four-storey and five-storey shop offices with elevators.
Strategically located, the development has easy access to several highways including the Federal Highway, the North-South Expressway and the New Pantai Expressway.
These units were completely sold out prior to its completion. 3rd Mile Square was completed in 2007 and delivered with full CF (prior to the new government ruling regarding CFs) in November 2007.
